Breanna Babin

Bree Babin brings more than 15 years of healthcare, case management, and litigation support experience to Babin Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in 2013 before obtaining her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from Hondros College of Nursing in 2015. Beginning in 2010, Bree worked in several areas of healthcare, including memory care for dementia patients, medical-surgical hospital care, cosmetic surgery, and working with adults with disabilities. These experiences gave her firsthand insight into patient advocacy, compassionate care, and the lasting impact negligence and systemic failures can have on individuals and families.

In 2019, Bree founded her own litigation support company, where she specialized in medical record review and case support for mass tort litigation. Her healthcare background and experience reviewing complex medical records gave her a unique perspective when working with clients who suffered serious injuries and long-term health complications. She later expanded her leadership and operational expertise by completing a Project Management course in 2025.

Bree joined Babin Law in 2025 and was excited for the opportunity to work alongside her brother in building a firm dedicated to helping real people and families impacted by corporate negligence and injustice. She oversees firm projects, manages the firm's case management systems and software, and leads the Case Management Center, where she trains and manages a dedicated team of case managers focused on supporting clients throughout the legal process. Bree is especially passionate about the firm's human trafficking litigation against hotels that knowingly ignored or profited from trafficking activity. She is committed to ensuring clients are treated with compassion, dignity, and understanding, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed communication.
