Jeremy Hoshor-Johnson

Jeremy Hoshor-Johnson is an Ohio-licensed attorney with more than two decades of experience spanning litigation, regulatory compliance, higher education administration, and complex legal consulting. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2002, he has built a multidisciplinary practice that combines deep legal expertise with executive leadership and operational strategy.

Jeremy's legal practice encompasses estate planning, probate administration, real estate transactions, business and technology law, and general civil litigation. He has extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and has appeared in courts throughout Ohio. His work also includes consumer protection and product liability matters, including breach of warranty claims involving major medical device manufacturers.

In addition to traditional practice, Jeremy is highly experienced in large-scale eDiscovery and complex litigation support, with more than 15 years of experience utilizing platforms such as Relativity and DISCO. He has contributed to high-stakes matters involving Fortune 500 companies, including pharmaceutical patent litigation, data breach and privacy cases, insurance disputes, automotive product liability, and federal investigations.

Beyond his legal practice, Jeremy has held numerous executive leadership roles in higher education, most notably at Hondros College of Nursing, where he served as Provost, Chief Administrative Officer, and Executive Vice President of Business Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, and Chief Legal Officer. In these roles, he oversaw multi-campus operations, human resources, compliance, accreditation, and institutional strategy for an organization with over 250 employees and 3,500 students.

In addition to his legal and executive work, Jeremy is an experienced educator who has taught courses in business law, criminal law, constitutional law, torts, medical ethics, and English composition. He is known for his strong communication skills, analytical precision, and ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys nature, long walks, great coffee, attending concerts and theater productions, and taking in the great arts scene in Columbus. Jeremy is an avid fan of his alma mater, The Ohio State University, and is an active member and leader of several booster clubs tasked with promoting equity in women's sports. Jeremy volunteers his time and expertise for several local and regional animal welfare projects and is active in local LGBTQ+ service organizations. He resides in beautiful, historic German Village.
